Reporting to the de  project manager, the candidate leads the technical-economic offer of the proposal for power installations, HVAC and data networks, with the following responsibilities:

 

Responsibility 

 

1. Identify opportunities for the presentation of offers, developing winning strategies of the offer.

2. You will conduct research, write and edit the persuasive and detailed proposal.

3. Conduct risk assessments and address concerns from potential clients and the rest of the work team

4. You will have contact with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors

5. Analysis of the project to be valued, taking into account the technical specifications provided by the client.

6. Study the technical feasibility of the offer and propose possible technical variants.

7. Prepare the economic offers of the projects and participate if necessary in their technical optimization.

8. Offer technical support to the project managers or the project manager, making recalculations of the different types of facilities when necessary.

9. Request for offers from both industrialists and suppliers to assess the cost of the projects.

10. Analysis of the offers received and preparation of comparatives.

11. Prepare the necessary technical documents required by the projects.

12. Carrying out measurements of work items.

 

Knowledge

 

• Preparation of budgets and linking of BIM models with TCQ

• Calculation of installations, thermal load, components, accessories and fittings.

• Knowledge of technical codes (CTE DB) for water installations, waste collection and disposal, thermal installations, ventilation installations, electrical installations, fire protection installations.
